Yes. They blacklist people gor their own reasons. It’s not a consumer friendly store. Weird corporate atmosphere and treat employees like rags.

Same thing happened to me! Contacted customer services, no solution! Awful!!! They say they are using some third party software to detect risk, now they are just losing valuable customers due to the stupid software.

I was recently blacklisted.
I can buy in store, but they still cancel my order if I order in store & ship to my home! Insane!!! I shop for private families!

Honestly this is exactly what happened to me but I spent thousands over a 7 year period and I called customer service several times and they all said they could not do anything. And I am one loyal customer and also consider myself ethical in every way. This was disappointing .
If u found a resolution please share

Unfortunately, it could be. I know when I tried to make online purchases on Anthropologie.com again (just to see), I would receive an email that it was automatically cancelled, without any further explanation. If they keep cancelling your orders, you could call their customer service again and ask to speak to a manager.

Does a “cancellation alert” from an online purchase mean I too have been banned? customer service is unable to provide any explanation. I have been shopping at Anthropologie for decades.

That’s awful!! I never did find a solution. I have friends who encouraged me to call customer service for more details but I never did. I think I just prefer shopping at places who don’t make me feel like I did something wrong. I hope you find a resolution!

I’m just wondering if you ever found a solution. I’m afraid that I may have been banned as well. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and rarely return anything. I recently called customer service because a gift card I had was hacked or stolen and was used without my knowledge. They were unable to offer me any help, but I was polite and accepted the loss. However, the next time I tried to make an online purchase, I had been banned from the site. I just can’t understand why this would happen!
